"Your Heart's Desire" 

Psalm 20:4 " May He grant you according to your heart's desire, and fulfill all your purpose."

I write a lot of personal notes in cards. Over the years l have wondered how often l have repeated myself. No doubt with as many notes as l write, l have surely said nearly the exact same thing to many people and probably the exact same thing to the same person, maybe a number of times. It certainly does not diminish my intent, nor invalidate the sentiment. But, l do try to be fresh, original and heartfelt.

That being said, l do have some favorite things to say. Some l have heard said, or read, others, that just come to me as l think and pray about what to say. When l read and study His Word, some of these ideas come to me. For example, regarding this verse, I have written many times, this note... "May the Lord grant you every desire of your heart that is in the center of His will." I am sure that note is somehow inspired by this verse. I share this verse and sentiment with you today in hopes that it touches you afresh, or reminds you of what l once shared with you.
